I recently ordered takeout from Kitchen and Cocktails. While the staff was nice, I was shocked to be charged over $100 for a simple à la carte-style chicken dinner without a drink. The establishment seemed to be drastically overcharging for what would normally be a $30-$40 dinner. I understand fine dining prices, but this felt like overcharging for the quality and portion size. Also, the atmosphere seemed uncertain, as if the owner didn't know if they wanted the place to be a bar, a club, or a southern kitchen, which was off-putting.
