We spent a few hours at this restaurant before heading to another spot for New Year’s dinner. The drinks were great—especially the Mezcal Mule, which I absolutely loved. We tried seven different appetizers, all of which were pretty good. The New Year’s decorations added a cute touch to the ambiance. Overall, it’s a solid restaurant worth visiting!
Fun yummy restaurant to share bites in River North Chicago. Great atmosphere. Great music playing in the background. All around cozy. Our waitress was spectacular. We shared the brussel sprouts salad, garlic shrimp, and the pressed bikini sandwich. All were delicious.
Cafe baba Reeba will always hold a special place in my heart. I’ve dined here so many times that I became friends with a few employees there. I love that about a restaurant, when the hospitality & staff make you feel at home. The food is outstanding! Always so flavorful and well executed. Can’t ever recommend this place enough.
The PJ brunch is our New Year’s Day tradition. Super fun and delish way to start the new year. So many great small plates to share, and the sangria is always a hit. The chorizo mac ‘n cheese and patatas bravas are two of their best dishes. Don’t skip dessert! Very highly recommended any time of year, but the PJ brunch is especially great because if you come in your jammies, you get gift cards equal to the amount of your bill to use in the future.
Brilliant and cozy Spanish atmosphere, incredible food, and wonderful decor, seating, and bar area. Some of the most delicious paella I’ve ever had. Incredible delicious tapas and great vegetarian options as well. Spicy potatoes are an absolute must every time. Beautiful interior with a very small outdoor porch area that’s lovely in the cool summer air. Highly recommend a trip to this place for breakfast.
