I had the lobster bisque a tossed salad with blue cheese and some mini corn muffins. My friend Jack had the blacken salmon with fingerling roasted potato’s. He had white wine and I had iced tea and coffee. Finished with their caramel cream cake. The selection of fish is excellent as I looked at Jack’s salmon. I wish I had taken the advice of the waitress and ordered the fish for dinner. The lobster bisque had too much seasoning and was very dark. Very little lobster not what I considered lobster bisque to be at all. The tossed salad came with a little dressing. The cream cake was more cream than caramel not what I was expecting. Next time I’ll get the fish. It looks really good. The place is beautiful on the inside and when I called for directions the hostess was very helpful. The location in Canton is walkable and lovely.
My husband and I have had the pleasure of dining here many times over the last several years. The food is absolutely amazing! We have never have had to send anything back and never leave hungry. We have always had good service from the staff however on our last visit we had a server that we had never had before. Courtney was beyond excellent! She continually checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Courtney along with the excellent food made our night out an extremely enjoyable night.
Sadly, I was unimpressed with this restaurant. I had heard great things, but it definitely let us down. The vibe and the atmosphere is great! But the food left me and satisfied. The best part of our meal was the salad that they give you. That was delicious and I would go back and just eat the salad. One member of our party, got this scallop risotto and loved it. But the rest of us were not loving our meals. Two of us ordered fish and they were decent. But I ordered the asparagus as my side and the portion size was ridiculous. Overall, I think that was our biggest complaint is the amount of money you paid for the lack of food that you get. I wish we had a better food experience. But we will not be going back.
We had a fabulous time for dinner and drinks at Goin' Coastal. The seafood is always on point, fresh, and cooked to perfection. My wife's cocktail was a treat to drink!! It has been a while since we had been back, but I am glad we did. It was awesome!! The bartenders had great service and a friendly atmosphere.
We had this place for the first time last night and it was the best seafood we’ve had in Georgia. So many fresh options, lobster mac and lobster bisque soup were incredible. We had scallop risotto blackened and blackened swordfish. Anderson, our waitress was phenomenal too. We will definitely be back!
