Great Location, Food Could Be Better Imperial Palace Hotel has an excellent location, making it convenient for travelers. The surroundings are ideal, and the ambiance is quite inviting. However, the food was just average and could use some improvement in taste and variety. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay if location is your top priority.

Worst staff.. they ignore customers. especially the restaurant manager .. doesn't respond to any complaints and not attentive at all . Seems pretty incompetent, making the whole experience terribly inconvenient. Ordered a sprite on the side, which came in a regular glass bottle sold at MRP 15₹. They charged around 55₹ for that. Why ? Because of the service charge. That's fine by me, but only when you get proper service from them. There are small places that respect their customers and give proper attention whenever required by the customer. Plus they have expired FSSAI license. Well, nobody's going to fine them anyway.

First of all out of 5 I would rate as 2. To stay in imperial palace we might have nice skin tone and attires I guess. As the way of approaching people is based on that. At the reception particularly. As I am not sure of his name I guess husain(tall and lean with specs) his attitude was completely not good. Breakfast foods are almost repeatative all the days which can be changed. Happy with the services by room service and dining team. Thank you.

Today is the Bhai Dooj. It’s a festival. We can understand the concern that the rush today is very much, but it is really a mismanagement from Team imperial Palace. VISHAL bhai, from your team committed me just to wait two minutes. He said the table is cleaning. Then we waited in waiting area for somewhere around 1 1/2 hour and we got or sitting after such a long argument with them I am disappointed, even they told me that you have just two options. One is to wait for more 45 minutes or all of your family members have to take the separate tables. We are somewhere around 12 members and they provide me three table of four members.
