I know I’ve said before some places have the best burgers…. but Kuma’s is really the one. I’ve been here twice now and the first time I had got their award winning burger and was super pleased. Second time coming in I got the burger called “the Clutch”. Both times the food has left me completely satisfied😁. Their Draft Beer Selection is absolutely 🔥🔥 as well. For me, being a person who loves all types of Music they have one of the coolest Vibes around.

My friend said I had to go here… so we went on a Friday evening. We were seated quickly without having a reservation. I think there was a large group in the back that was bogging down the service as it took a while to place our drink order. Our server was very friendly and top notch. The burgers were excellent. The fries were not cooked well; like the oil wasn’t hot enough- Very heavy, soft, and greasy. My margarita was just ok. But, it is worth going for the burgers for sure. The service and kitchen seemed strained.

The competition for "Best Burger in Chicago" is pretty fierce, but Kuma's has been a Top 5 burger for so long that I feel like it always has to be in that discussion for #1. They don't put anything on the menu here unless they are confident that they can do an A+ version of that food, so you can throw darts at the menu to decide your order and the food here will still always be consistently great.

I love the staff here. They're so so friendly. The music is great, oh and of course, great food haha. It's definitely one of the smaller Kuma's Corners, but it's cozy. Albeit maybe clusterphobic for some. Keep in mind these burgers are BIG. I had to basically deconstruct the burger with a fork and knife, until I got to a comfortable portion. Oh. And the burger didn't come with a bite, I just took one then remembered to take a picture. Fun fact that I realized after visiting a second time, is that their bathrooms are genderless. I love this place.

Food was great, and the menu options were fun. Inside of the restaurant has a very cool atmosphere. There is also a back area seating option, although it’s less decorated out back.
