Lunch on Parigi’s patio in December! How fabulous. Not only was the weather wonderful, the service was beyond compare. My husband and I are watching our weight so we both had a salad. The staging of the salads made them extra special. Thanks Janice, Robert and chef for a delightful lunch.
My wife and I came here for lunch today (100+ degrees outside) and decided to sit on the patio since we wanted to bring our dog. Understandably, we were the only ones crazy enough to sit outside. The service was the first thing we noticed. They set up our table immediately and brought water for our dog. We had our drinks ordered and brought to us as soon as we sat down. The aperol spritz was very refreshing and tasty. My wife also got the frozen French 75 which was very good too! To start, we got the fried mushrooms (which when we ordered them, we thought we were ordering fries). They well exceeded our expectations. We also shared the burger and chicken club salad. Which were both fantastic! Highly recommend these dishes and drinks. We also saw their brunch menu and decided we absolutely have to check that out soon.
Parigi has been around for many decades and it did not disappoint this time around. The food, the service and the atmosphere were on par. If there is one item we would not recommend it's the deconstructed Cali roll, the rice was stale and dried out. After our meal we noticed the drying racks filled with rice and we wondered why?
What a gem! Atmosphere was perfect. Great vibe here. Reminded me of being in Paris. First time eating here. Tuna carpaccio app was delicious. Presented over mixed greens and dressed lightly. Sushi grade tuna. Delish! Ordered the Veal Milanese (what I call it!) lightly battened veal with a delicious crust over mixed greens. The veal was tender and has great flavor. We ended with the red velvet cake dessert. I am not a red velvet person however this was out of this world. Not over sweet. Cake has such a great texture and the icing has coconut in it. A variation from the traditional which made it excellent. I’d go back again next time I’m in Dallas. Great experience. L
Had a great little date on the patio! For a Monday, it was very busy but the service was nevertheless excellent. Enjoyed the traditional Nicoise & escargot, then the Veal cutlet with some mussels. Had a great time thank you 😊
