This was our 1st time here. It came highly recommended by a relative because of the burgers; however, we didn’t want burgers. We ordered the hot link dinner with potato salad & onion rings, 5 piece lemon pepper wings, & 10 hot wings. With my hot link dinner, they gave me a couple tiny pieces of hot links then filled the rest with plain links covered in BBQ sauce after I explicitly told the cashier that I was ordering the dinner because I don’t like regular links (which is why I didn’t get the sandwich) the potato salad was runny with the top being hot & the bottom being cold, & the onion rings were more batter than onion. The lemon pepper wings were actually Pepper wings with a lemon garnish that they expect you to squeeze over the wings. They use a dry rub on the hot wings which we have never had, we expected a wet sauce. They should explicitly state that on the menu because that isn’t common & thats not what we were looking for. So needless to say, disappointed doesn’t begin to describe our experience. I do want to try the burgers but their fries were terrible, no flavor. Idk if it’s worth it.

This place is a hidden gem. This was one of the best turkey burgers I've had in a long time. The Kool aid was refreshing and from what I see you better get there early or it will be gone. Only complaint is they need to update their hours on the door and online.

Never Again! I went here for the first time and was so disappointed!. Let me first say the young lady working the register was kind, patient and helpful. We waited a little over 30 minutes for wings, turkey burger and catfish meals. First off they put "salad" in the same container as the catfish which caused the cheese to melt and lettuce to wilt. The salad consisted of iceburg lettuce with shreeded cheese. As you can see the wings were burnt and not edible. I called back to speak to the manager and was told he is busy,we dont give refunds but can remake it and he will call you back. Needless to say I never received that call back and its been over a week. I will say the turkey burger was delicious but with far more choices in the area I will not return and do not recommend. How dare you serve burnt chicken to someone and then not follow up??? So sad that the customer service is practically nonexistent.

I ordered a fried chicken salad and it was good. I ordered the lemon pepper wings, and man they need to stop the madness! There's nothing lemon about it, the only taste is burnt chicken cooked in old grease. The fries must have been cooked in the same grease because they taste burnt. I should have looked at the reviews but I've had the burger before and was good. Anyway, I looked at my salad and it looked good, I checked my wings because I was teasing my co-workers on zoom only to see these burnt wings. I even ate one thinking looks can be deceiving. Nope! Taste just like they look. I went back in to ask are they supposed to be like this because there is no way they would have burnt all these wings and handed them to somebody unless that's the way they make them. Sure enough that's the way the are supposed to be. I guess people like them because they keep selling them like that. I kept them to post this review, my nephew will eat anything and momma loves chicken. She said they taste okay but that's old grease! 😂

This was not my first time ordering food from Coaches Box. My first experience was amazing. I travel at least 30 to about 40 minutes to go to Coaches Box. Unfortunately today I order a turkey burger basket which comes with the burger 🍔 and fries 🍟 which I asked if I could get a small salad 🥗 instead of the fries I was told yes but that would be an extra charge. So I stated no thanks just go ahead and give me the fries 🍟. I also order my husband a Three piece fish 🐟 basket with the fries 🍟 and small salad 🥗. As I received my order I checked the order before leaving and noticed that the fries 🍟 didn't look freshly cooked as I was talking to the cashier she just walked off like I wasn't talking to her but the second young lady heard the conversation and tried to address the concern when the third lady who was washing dishes stated that the fries were fresh and that they cook everything to order. I asked all three ladies to take a look at the fries 🍟 which they refused to do so. I stated either cook me some fresh fries or give me my money 💰 back the third lady said that they don't give refund. I stated then cook me some more fries. The second lady said that she would do that why the third lady continue to talk about what they don't do. I told the second lady that she knew the meaning of customer service and how to treat people. The owner finally came over to me and stated that the first young lady told him what happened and he constantly keep saying that he cook the fries 🍟 fresh himself, so I asked him to take a look at the fries 🍟 he refused. But the second lady made the order right but I will not be returning. Not only did I spend my money 💰 I travel out my way to get there and to be treated like I did something wrong🤔. No thanks never again. I will be telling my family and friends not to spend their money 💰 🤑 or time⌚ at this location.
