Excellent drink menu, delicious small plates. The pork belly, peaches, and eggplant plates were all very well done, and I normally avoid eggplant. Everything is well balanced and thoughtfully constructed. The potatoes with the steak were uniquely prepared, thin sliced, and then restocked. The Au Pear cocktail was delicious but a tad small, or at least that was my perception. Would absolutely come back. Rachel was our server, she was very helpful and accommodating.
The food was excellent. They appear to use seasonal veggies, which is nice. The service was good, but not great. The menu is limited and changes regularly. Anything below $25 is only one serving. Ask the server to explain anything you are curious about because the menu doesn't do it justice in the explanation. It's great to use big words, but if I have to look it up on Google I might not order it. For example I ordered the por Milanese. Essentially it is a fried pork cutlet. And it was great, but if the server had not explained, I would not have ordered. Not dog friendly.
Everything is fabulous. Drinks Appetizer Entree and Dessert Wine and a mixed drink Oyster mushrooms. Wreckfish Tuna Crudo Apple pie Sundae Evan is a fabulous server
Wonderful meal. Green dirty martini -yum. Had the grouper, agnolotti and churros. All delicious and wonderfully prepared. Would love to go back!
Maybe the most underrated restaurant in Charleston? Absolutely fantastic food and service, and a nice rustic but quiet vibe that would be good for a date night or night with family/friends. Good wine, beers on tap, and interesting cocktails. The Potato & Caviar and the Churros were must haves!!
